Admission Policies
Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and University policies, as well as State and Federal laws. The University of Oklahoma reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase.
For football, all persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into the stadium. For men's basketball, children ages two (2) and under are free. For women's basketball and Olympic sports, children under Kindergarten age are free.
Tickets are a revocable license subject to the following terms. By acceptance of tickets the holder agrees to the following:
- Tickets are issued and sold only by the Department of Athletics of the University of Oklahoma or its designated agents. Tickets purchased from other sources may be lost or stolen and in such cases will not be honored. Any person buying tickets from other sources does so at his/her own risk.
- The license granted by tickets is for the sole purpose of viewing this event as an eye witness. Any recording, use or reuse (live, delayed, or otherwise) of any portion of this event including without limitation photographs, video, audio, written depiction or any other form of recording or transmission is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes but is not limited to use in editorial or non-editorial, advertising, sales, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes), or merchandising. By entering a venue, the holder agrees the University and/or others may utilize their likeness in any manner incidental to their presence in the venue.
- Any person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the venue.
- Tickets, once delivered, will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
- Coolers, ice chests, cans, bottles, noisemakers, baby seats, outside food/drink, pets, stadium seats over 16” wide and video cameras or any camera with telescopic lenses are prohibited.
- Unauthorized solicitation inside or outside venues is prohibited.
- Drinking intoxicating beverages in public places is punishable by state law.
- Smoking and/or tobacco use including the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizer, or any similar products or devices within venues is prohibited.
- Throwing objects onto the competition surface is prohibited and punishable by state and local law. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and revocation of this license.
- Any person who enters the competition area without the appropriate University issued credential is trespassing and is subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and revocation of this license.
- All signs, banners, placards and leaflets are prohibited inside venues except as authorized in advance by the University’s Athletics Department.
- Due to safety considerations, umbrellas are prohibited within venues.
- All bags, backpacks, large cases for binoculars or other items, fanny packs, large purses, items in 5 above, and all other cases or containers are prohibited. Only such items required for medical or family needs or a purse smaller than 10”x10” will be permitted. All carried items and entrants are subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to vehicles or disposed of before entering a venue. There are no provisions to check items at any gate. No pass-out/re-entry to the venue will be permitted, except for medical or family emergencies, or by Departmental policy.
- The University of Oklahoma is NOT responsible for any unattended or prohibited items left on University or surrounding property. Any and all unattended or prohibited items left on University property, at or near entry gates, or any surrounding areas may be picked up, removed, and discarded prior to and/or during the game. Items, including without limitation prohibited items, are NOT to be left at or near gates for pickup after the game.
- The holder of a ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attendance at the event whether occurring before, during or after the event.
- Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the University of Oklahoma.
- Management reserves the right to eject, and revoke any ticket to future events without refund, any person who violates any of the terms of this license; any University rule, regulation, policy or procedure; instructions of law enforcement, venue security, or University staff; or, any state, local, or federal laws. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and permanent revocation of this license. For more detailed and updated information on these terms; prohibited items in our venues; and University rules, regulations, policy or procedure; any of which may change from time to time, please visit SoonerSports.com/gameday.
- Tickets are valid for entry to a venue only one time. Re-entry is prohibited. Ticket holders who leave the venue must present an unused ticket for re-entry.
- NCAA Bylaws 13.01.11 and 16.02.03 prohibit any “special arrangement” by an institutional employee or booster to provide a prospective student-athlete (9th grade or higher), a student-athlete, or a friend or relative of a student-athlete a benefit not expressly authorized by NCAA legislation.

- Throwing objects onto the competition surface is prohibited and punishable by state and local law. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and revocation of this license.
- Any person who enters the competition area without the appropriate University issued credential is trespassing and is subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and revocation of this license.
- All signs, banners, placards and leaflets are prohibited inside venues except as authorized in advance by the University’s Athletics Department.
- Due to safety considerations, umbrellas are prohibited within venues.
- All bags, backpacks, large cases for binoculars or other items, fanny packs, large purses, items in 5 above, and all other cases or containers are prohibited. Only such items required for medical or family needs or a purse smaller than 10”x10” will be permitted. All carried items and entrants are subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to vehicles or disposed of before entering a venue. There are no provisions to check items at any gate. No pass-out/re-entry to the venue will be permitted, except for medical or family emergencies, or by Departmental policy.
- The University of Oklahoma is NOT responsible for any unattended or prohibited items left on University or surrounding property. Any and all unattended or prohibited items left on University property, at or near entry gates, or any surrounding areas may be picked up, removed, and discarded prior to and/or during the game. Items, including without limitation prohibited items, are NOT to be left at or near gates for pickup after the game.
- The holder of a ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attendance at the event whether occurring before, during or after the event.
- Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the University of Oklahoma.
- Management reserves the right to eject, and revoke any ticket to future events without refund, any person who violates any of the terms of this license; any University rule, regulation, policy or procedure; instructions of law enforcement, venue security, or University staff; or, any state, local, or federal laws. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and permanent revocation of this license. - Tickets are valid for entry to a venue only one time. Re-entry is prohibited. Ticket holders who leave the venue must present an unused ticket for re-entry.
- NCAA Bylaws 13.01.11 and 16.02.03 prohibit any “special arrangement” by an institutional employee or booster to provide a prospective student-athlete (9th grade or higher), a student-athlete, or a friend or relative of a student-athlete a benefit not expressly authorized by NCAA legislation.

Credit/Debit cards are the preferred payment methods for tickets; however, tickets may still be purchased with cash. No refunds or exchanges are made unless an order cannot be filled. Processing fees are not refunded.
